Federal High Court officially declares IPOB terrorist group

The Federal High Court in Abuja has given a judicial backing to the executive order of President Muhammadu Buhari, outlawing the Indigenous People of Biafra and its activities.

The Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Abdu Kafarati, granted the order proscribing the group on Wednesday.

Thief congratulates police for arresting him so quickly

A Guinean thief has congratulated the police for arresting him.He felicitated with the police while being interviewed after he was caught.

In a viral video, Boubacar Diallo, and his accomplice freely admitted to stealing 50million Guinean francs (N2million) from a phone shop in the north-western city.

Olubadan sues Gov Ajimobi, 23 others

The Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Saliu Adetunji, has sued the Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi and 23 others, over their involvements in the crowning of 21 kings in Ibadan on August 27, 2017.

Joined in the suit are the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in the state, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters in the state, the eight high chiefs that were elevated to kings, as well as the Baales that were conferred with kingship status.

Outrage as Korede Bello Bags Chieftancy Title In Kano

 Kannywood movie producer and director, Falalu Dorayi, has taken to Instagram to vent about the recent chieftaincy title of ‘’Sarkin waka’’ conferred on musician Korede Bello by the Kano state emirate council.
Korede bagged the title in recognition to his contribution to the society through music.

In his IG post, Dorayi said there are several norther singers who should have been conferred with the title instead of Korede Bello.
 
He described the action of the emirate council as demoralizing to northern youth emphasizing that ‘’no matter how bad indigenous Hausa singers are, it is not fair to cross over to Lagos to pick Sarkin wakan Kano.

‘I Caught My Wife, Driver Making Love’

A businessman, Moses Ojiekomhan, yesterday told an Ebute-Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court, that he caught his wife, Joy, in bed with his driver Emeka Osuh, at their Lagos home.

Ojiekomhan, the Managing Director of Legend Logistics and Integrated Concept Limited, Ikeja, stated this during Joy’s arraignment on a two count-charge of conspiracy and stealing.

Joy pleaded not guilty. The mother of two, through her counsel Mr. J. Uwabuche, accused Ojiekomhan of abducting their 18-month-old baby.

According to the police, in a charge marked G38/2017, last June 30 around 11:30am, Joy,  37, conspired with Osuh, who is now at large, to steal N1,136,400 belonging to Legend Logistics and Integrated Concept.

It is blood money - Facebook users reject Governor Okorocha's N5.5m gift

Rochas Okorocha, Imo state governor reportedly gave out a whooping N5.5m to Ebonyi House of Assembly member, Maria Ude Nwachi, N5.5 million to share her Facebook group, The Igboist.

 The group is dedicated to Igbos on the social media platform.


Okorocha reportedly gave out the money in  celebration of his 55th birthday which comes up on September 22nd.

Mari of course made the anouncement on her page but the response she got from some people were really not nice.
Some followers described the money as blood money, while others simply asked that he uses the money to pay salaries of the state civil servants he is owing.

Pregnant doctor goes into early labour while delivering patient's baby

A doctor reportedly went into the labour while delivering her patient's baby.

According to ABC News, Emily Jacobs, 28, unexpectedly went into early labour while delivering another woman’s child. Emily an OB-GYN resident at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, welcomed a baby boy, Jett Jacobs.

Speaking with ABC News, Jacobs said she assumed the amniotic fluid she noticed during the delivery was that of the patient.

Two men, Ajayi Tosin and Kesiena Tito are presently in contention over ownership of a five-month-old baby, Emmanuel Omkhode Ajayi in Warri, Delta State.

The duo are laying claim to the child delivered by an eighteen-year-old girl.

The matter deepened after Ajayi was allegedly arrested over the weekend following a petition of “Threat to Life” instituted by Kesiena to the Nigeria Police Area Command.

In an exclusive Chat with Daily Post, Tosin Ajayi, a twenty three year old barber claimed to have cohabited with Blessing Iroroteh since 2015 before she delivered a bouncing boy this year, 2017 in his house.

Grace Mugabe’s son imports two Rolls Royce limousines ‘worth £4 million’ into Zimbabwe

New reports have it that eldest son of Zimbabwe’s first lady Grace Mugabe has imported two Rolls Royce limousines into the country already suffering from bankruptcy.

The young man Russell Goreraza, 33, took charge of the luxury cars at Harare International Airport from a plane belonging to the Dutch airline KLM on Sunday.Goreraza, who is said to have a ‘chequered reputation’, reportedly celebrated  the arrival of his exotic vehicles with friends, allowing French champagne flow freely.

Rochas Okorocha allegedly destroys property worth N60million belonging to an old woman


An IG user who goes by the name Ingrid Adaeze Okonta (@i.o.okonta) has called out Imo state  governor,  Rochas Okorocha,for destroying a rental property worth N60 million, belonging to her grandma.

According to Ingrid, Rochas did not give them proper notice or compensation!
